I’m Sha—founder, wellness coach, yoga teacher, and your favorite calm-in-the-chaos friend on the internet. Microdosing Zen was born out of survival, clarity, and rebellion against burnout culture. I didn’t want a perfect morning routine or another productivity hack—I needed peace, in doses I could actually commit to.

At Microdosing Zen, we don’t do overwhelm. We do doses–simple, science-backed tools that reconnect you to your body, breath and mind:
Body Dose — movement, yoga, strength, fascia release
Breath Dose — calming breathwork, nervous system resets
Mind Dose — EFT tapping, meditation, journaling
